This is a great story, a craft coffee company hidden in the hills of Southern New Hampshire. Keene is a college town of 23,000, and Terra Nova operates a nice small coffeeshop in downtown. Terra was founded in 2005 and 2011 one of baristas and her husband took over to keep the company alive. In 2017 Terra Nova created a roastery and espresso bar in downtown Keene. Terra Nova focuses on organic coffees.

The Big Dipper Blend is and interesting blend of four different types of beans. Some of the beans were lightly roasted well others were roasted much darker.
As a coffee is was really smooth, with nice flavor notes throughout.
As an espresso was darker and stronger. It was a much different tasting coffee between an espresso vs. a drip coffee. It’s also a great value at $13 a bag.
