SK is a small craft roaster with operations in Boston & Minneapolis. This is a Peruvian Coffee from the mountainous Cusco region. We noticed right away this tasted like a Peruvian Coffee, with its distinctive smooth balance. This a new coffee from SK, and we’re one of the first to try it.

As an espresso you can taste notes of honey, light chocolate, with a nice semi-sweet slightly tangy finish. Even as an espresso it a has a remarkably consistent balance, making it very approachable.

Espresso Rating – 87pts.

This single origin in a great example of a well balanced coffee, subtle chocolates, and whispers of fruits. The smooth balance of these beans really shine as a pour over coffee. Many specialty coffee drinkers will enjoy and appreciate this coffee.
